 I made a new account, but I can't log in to the Florensia website.
Solution Please make sure you followed all required steps during the registration process:

Step 1: Register and create a free account. You will receive an e-mail from us including an activation code
Step 2: Click on the link in the e-mail or enter the activation code on the website. Just follow the instructions in the e-mail to do so. Please don't forget to check your spam folder as well.
Step 3: Log in to the website to complete your registration. If you haven't activated your account before, you cannot log in to the website.
