 I made a new account and activated it, but I can't log in to the Florensia website.
Solution

Please request a password reset on the Florensia website, change your password , wait a few minutes and then retry to log in to the Florensia website again. If this does not work, you can also change or reset your password at http://www.alaplaya.eu, since your account is automatically unlocked for both portals.
